CyanogenMod 7 just can't be stopped. If there is an Android device around, soon enough Cyanogen will be there. Now, after a bit over a month with the device, nightly builds of the popular ROM should be hitting the Galaxy S II soon...

What launcher is being used in that video? If ADW Launcher, like on my cm7, how did he get it to look like that?

It is probably ADW EX. It is much smoother and you can change a lot of stuff on it. I think he put "fancy backgrounds" on it.
