Hey whatevs, Thanks for your verbatim re-posting of the comment you made about the MAP of VZW's up and coming Android devices.
This only lends more credibility to the theory that Apple fans are nothing more than (i)bots implemented by the iHype machine.

motoblur does suck.
motorola is doing some things very well. the X had amazing benchmarks for what it was. the bionic was ambitious, even if not realized in a timely manor.
their new focus on build quality and speed is wonderful. i hope they can modify or just get rid of blur.

Blur is actually a very nice skin now. It's very smooth, especially compared to older versions, has some good graphical effects, and adds some nice customization options that weren't there before. I also like its social networking integration and widgets.

which version are you running on your X? do you have a custom rom? im rooted, but never got a ginger bread update. i tried a couple flashes but had some issues with the boot loader i was using and never had time to get it figured out.
its a good phone, but i know if i take the time and spend the effort i can be much happier with it. i always feel like im on the verge of upgrading, so never have a ton of motivation though.

Well, I actually did get the Gingerbread update. In fact, I got it when it leaked, then when the official update came out, reverted my phone to Froyo then reinstalled. You may have been better off waiting, because a new update was released a couple of weeks ago which fixed the worst bug to come out of the update, which screwed up the keyboard. Before that update came out though, I got an alternate keyboard from the Market which worked reasonably well.
But yeah, Gingerblur as it's called is so much better than old Blur. I loved old Blur too, but even I can admit that it had issues which needed fixing.

New version of blur is pretty neat.

It basically a refined bionic. I wonder what chip for the LTE and what camera They used to make it that much skinnier. The other thing is the bionic and LTE in general are really battery hogs. I wonder how they dealt with that issue because if the screen has the higher resolution which I here different rumors that it's like the samsung primes hd screen or the same as the bionic. Or same resolution as the bionic but super amoled then the battery either smaller or they mad huge steps in making all the chips and motherboard smaller. I have takin the bionic apart and the battery is on top of the chips and mother board. But the iPhone for instance or even the droid x the mother bord with the chips are in a L shape and the battery fits insid the L. I guess I will find out soon but I hope it has decent battery life. Which it should. I believe motorola has the best battery life when comparing similar phones. One last thing if your still reading. I am thinking samsung had a deal with google to make the nexus phone longtime ago. But i am surprised this phone does not have ice cream sandwich on it. The xoom had tablet version of a nexus when it came out and google is buying motorola.

Even tho LTE is a battery hog, overall the Bionic has the best battery life of all the LTE phones on Verizon based on tests Anandtech does. The Bionic was first, the Revo 2nd, TBolt 3rd and Charge last. The Charge and TBolt were separated by an hour but that was a shock to see the TBolt come out ahead of the Charge.
