Although we won't see the copy & paste feature from the start during the launch of Windows Phone 7 Series, it's expected to come along in an update...

As a current WMO 6.1 user, this makes me second guess WMO7. I can't stand Iphone OS and Blackberry OS.

There was a report before that right-out-of-the-box WP7S would not have copy/paste built in, and that WP7S will auto do stuff so copy/paste is going to be unnecessary..... but that they would add it in later as an enhancement. This would "allow" them to focus more on the function of the OS rather than extra stuff to add in..... I would rather the phone just rock with the OS than have copy/paste immediately... I just don't see why it is so hard to put that in when it launches.

Microsoft is forgetting the most basic feature copy and paste is something that I think should be included from the beginning if I want to copy a piece of text from one document to another is not going to be possible, is like in windows 7 started that you can't change the screen background something so simple but they left the widgets application that consume more resources is illogical.
