Cool images, taken with your cell phone #59
Share:
We're back with the 59th post in our special photographic-centric series where we present you with a number of awesome images taken by... well, you (and your cell phones).
So, which picture did you like most last time? The answer is Kiran's photo, taken with the Samsung Galaxy S II. And a pretty well-deserved first place it is, we should say!
Of course, there are many other incredible images left to be seen. Let's continue with another set of 10 pics, each of which can easily convince even the most professionally-inclined photographer that cell phones are more than a toy in the camera department.
Please note that if your own awesome image is not included here, this doesn't mean that it won't end up on the site. We simply might not have gotten to it yet! So, we urge you to continue following us, as we'll be publishing more of these truly great photos in the following days and weeks.
We'd also like to remind you that you can continue submitting your cool cell phone pics to the following email address:
In order to not miss on all the glory, you also have to mention your name/nickname, as well as the phone you used to take the shots. A nice additional piece of info would be a name or a short description for the image.
With that, we now leave you with our 59th set of favorite photos...

If you sent it, they will get them. I remember I sent an image & about a month & a half later it finally was shown. Remember PhoneArena.com must be receiving thousands of pictures daily.
Patience my friend. lol

Dont worry your image will be shown in a matter of time. I sent mine roughly 3 and a half months ago, and it was just shown now haha. Its picture number 5 Galaxy SII no filters. :)

photography is skill. you cannot become a good photographer just because you have a good camera. nokia and sony not being there doesnt mean its their fault.

I agree.
Even i have seen really bad photos clicked by pureview 808 and posted here by amit (i guess).
What i meant was that it would be good if we have some good competition here with photos from various smartphones and not restricted only to a few two.

no offense to the artist but i dont see the appeal of #10 so much. its underexposed in areas and overexposed in others and doesnt show a whole lot of detail. I thought the point of this was to show a phones camera at its best. #2 shows an incredible amount of color, selective focus, and detail. Thats more on par with image quality you'd expect from a point and shoot.
