A commercial by Samsung shows the Korean based manufacturer's Windows Phone 8 flavored smartphone, and Windows 8 powered tablet and laptop; the Samsung ATIV smartphones replace the OEM's Focus line as Sammy's Windows Phone brand...

SS obviously does not invest a lot into WP ecosystem, they put all WP devices in a hastily made commercial. For comparison SGS3 alone had many high quality ads.

In fact not many have much faith in WP and Windows RT.

We may see Bill Gates return after this WP8 debacle.

You realize that the target market is likely different for the SIII versus a WP8 device, don't you? Business, i.e., MS Office environments, rather than consumer. Making fun of iPhone fanboys is not going to get IT or Purchasing excited about your mobile devices.

The functionality of WP8 and Win RT seems to be great, but I think I'm going to wait to get Win 8 Pro and for a bunch of the bugs to be worked out. It took me about 1yr to get a Win7 laptop. I think that when I do get Win8, I might get something like the Surface with Win8 Pro.
