Cingular announces Samsung SGH-D307 messaging phone

As we've already reported, Cingular is announcing the D307 from Samsung. It is a phone in clamshell form-factor, which is dual-hinged, allowing it to be open as a regular phone or in a landscape (laptop) mode. a pretty normal clamshell phone and a messaging phone with QWERTY keyboard and landscape 220x176 pixels display. The tri-band 850/1800/1900 GSM phone featurs high-speed GPRS/EDGE data connectivity, full QWERTY keyboard and 220x176 pixels display.
