Regional carrier Cincinnati Bell on Monday became the first U.S. carrier to offer the Sony Xperia ZL, the smaller and non water and dust resistant version of the Japanese tech giant's flagship Android handset, the Sony Xperia Z; the device will be available for $249.99 after a rebate and a signed two-year contract from the carrier's web site or stores, starting on May 1st...
