Reports are that thousands of people have already lined up in front of Apple's retail stores in China's big cities, waiting for the clock to strike twelve, so they can be one of the first official owners of the iPhone 4S in China. Friday, 13, is as good a day as any for a launch, they figured, and China Unicom's heavy subsidy is undoubtedly helping - customers will be paying ~$45 a month for the phone and plan...

Hmmmm. Where are the fandroids laughing at Americans, saying Americans are sheeps? Almost any country where the iphone is released, there are lines and lines of people. So what about those non-Americans then? Hello? Fandroids?

Once again, fandroids are walking around pretending they didn't say such stupid statements :)

dont forget though that the carrier isnt charging a dime for the iphone, the 16 and 32 are free, just signing up contracts for $60 a month...think that would sell like hotcakes no matter where the phone was sold

Yes if android oems here in the US had this kind of deal, thousands would also be lined up. I bet the carrier paid a huge amount of money to Apple to get this kind of deal going. This has nothing to do with how much people like iPhones, but the fact they are getting it completely free. Last year when the original evo 4g was free at best buy , lots of people went flocking to pick it up, just about all my friends got one because it was a decent phone for free. Thanks to the marketing of Sprint with the Evo, people knew exactly what the Evo was.

Yes people like free phones, my post has nothing to do with witch phone is better. Just to shut the hatters up who think this makes the iPhone better then android phones. People don't have $199 or even $99 to upgrade or buy a new phone. This is a great deal for people who are on a really tight budget. If its a iPhone 4/4s or a high end android phone, this is good deal regardless with out fan boys starting a flame war.
