So it's not your typical Sunday when you see a child, almost motionless, being dragged on a leash through a Verizon store...

And yet we don't birth control people like that. The Movie Gattaca comes to mind where people need to register before having a child.

I dunno w/e happened before that video was taken, so I'm not gonna comment on that. But the way I've seen kids behave these days, some of them need to be dragged on the floor like that. I don't care how it seems, some of these kids are ruthless spoiled brats, and until you do something drastic, you're going to get walked over by them. Now again, I don't know what this lady's motive was, so I'm not gonna comment on that vid, I'm just saying, in general, there a kids that need to get some hardcore discipline. Abuse is abuse, and discipline is discipline. Is that video showing abuse? Probably. But, is it showing discipline? Maybe. I dunno, but, I can see both sides. Scenario a) could be, you have to be at a certain place at a certain time, and your kid is not having it. You try to pick them up to carry them out, you get kid and bitten, you try to compromise, you get a face full of 'no!', you yank on the leash once, they ain't budging, you yank twice, nope, your kid's not moving. So what do you do? You drag that lil brat out the store, saying, 'if you don't want to move, then I'll just drag you out'. Or you could just leave them there. On the other hand, scenario b) could be, you have no patience and you're a crappy parent, and if your kid is having a temper tantrum , you say fuck it, and just drag them regardless of anything. So you know, there are always two sides.

Well thanks for this in depth story. Although there is one error in this article. There is no such place as Rome, AL...this actually happened in Rome, GA. I can disregard the grammatical errors but couldn't phonearena at least get the state right? I know b/c I've been in this exact store. Anyway, a childs behavior usually indicates the type of parents mommy and/or daddy are. One good thing about this happening in public is that people were able to report it to the police which possibly kept further abuse from happening at home.
