Cheap iPhone, iPhone 5C, iPhone Lite: A collection of leaked images

Oh boy, there have been so many iPhone 5C/Lite leaks these last few months that we're starting to wonder if this isn't already the most heavily-leaked handset ever. Those colorful plastic back covers are surfacing almost everywhere you look, and for the first time ever, we're actually starting to believe that Apple, might, indeed, produce... a watered-down version of the iPhone...

According to these leaks the device look definitely cheap as the name suggests.
but that doesnt apply to its price
the leaks about its price tag say it will cost about $490... Well that doesnt look like a cheap price tag in my opinion...
dont get me wrong I dont hate apple..
I am not a genius but still in my opinion just let go the glossy finish and reduce the price tag in between $300-$390. I think that will be a success

This 2012 iPhone 5 'dressed in plastic' will likely do nothing for Apple's emerging market woes as it'll still be some 2 to 4 times more expensive than far more powerful/better featured smartphones like Xiaomi's (£99/US 130.00) Hongmi or any number of other WP8 or Android phones.
If released in America, this device will do little more than cost Apple its (rather dubious) reputation as a maker of only 'premium' sold at premium prices... especially given all of the flack they've given Samsung for using 'plastic' (actually polycarbonate) on their Galaxy devices.
Either way... Looks like Apple's fighting a losing battle.

I think plastic is okay but the look matters....
iPhone 3gs,4,4s,5 may have plastic in their construction but definitely did not look cheap rather than, it look one of the best looking premium smartphone available on market. But I cannot say the same thing about this iphone 5c,lite or whatever they call it.

Yes and, lest we forget, the subsidized pricing with a two-year contract will more than likely be $199, $299 and $399, for the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB, respectively. Therefore, Apple has just considerably reduced its' production cost per unit and will effectively maintain its' subsidized price points, further sticking up the tushies of their loyal and (densely) naive followers.
Way to go Apple: bendus oVer!!

My guess is it will be $200 less than the 5S with the same amount of memory. So on contract they will cost $0, $100 for the 16GB, 32GB. I don't think they will have a 64Gb 5C, as it would cost the same as the 16GB 5S.

"Oh boy," and, Dear God, they look absolutely "Resolutionary" and a marvel of technological achievement! At the risk of sounding negatiVe, giVen all of the recent deaths and accidents attriButed to wrongful charging and battery explosions, I do hope the new iPhone LiTes are constructed of iNdestructiBle plastic or are at least melt-proof. I'll keep my pig tails crossed. BTW, any word on what happens if they get wet or someone (by accident iAssure you) throws a bucket of water on them?

Why is it taking Apple so long to release this phone? It's just an iPhone 5 in a plastic condom.
