Changes to Google Play Store UI save you a "tap" when updating your apps

Google has pushed out some subtle and minor changes to the Google Play Store. While not adding major new features, the update saves you a little time by removing an extra tap that you no longer need when updating an app. Instead of having to head to a specific app's Play Store listing to tap "Update," you can now go to the updates tab and click on update without going to the app's listing...

I noticed the minor change when I updated all my apps. Anyway, I have recently installed the YouTube app for Android in one of my devices which I downloaded directly from Google Play store. The tabs for Home, Trending, Subscriptions, and Library were at the bottom similar to iOS. My other Android devices don't have it. Is it normal?

I like the new layout, however, when I click on categories, the only one that pops up is google cast
