After selling these devices to industries that need a truly rugged device, I give the entire line a thumbs down. From random restarts, to flimsy ports, to countless CAT's returned by my clients because they can only hear if they engage the speaker during calls...this isn't a rugged device. It's a wanna be.
Nice try Bullitt....slap a CAT logo on this thing and the perception is it's as rugged as their construction equipment. Simply not so. Sonim is the only manufacturer that hasn't let us down.
