What the hell is "Salt Fog", I have never experienced salt fog in the US.

Take a ferry over salt water in foggy conditions like the Great Lakes or from Manhattan to Staten Island or in Washington State. Mobile phone use is common on ferries and tug boats, due to the captive and or isolated environment. This phone should work if there is a fog, containing salty water, as opposed to fresh (saltless) water.

No, it doesnt require a data plan since it supports PTT and that is one way of avoiding the data push !

To Godpapa, How do you know it doesnt require a data plan? I think it will because it has a full HTML browser, not because it is a 3g phone. Theres no way verizon is gonna let a full HTML phone not require a data plan.

Yes it does REQUIRE a data package....your not allowed to say require when your selling it tho. They train you on that.
