I believe with billing to AT&T, you are allowed 24 hours for a refund....

this is awful. im able to get parents to get their kids/tween an android smartphone based on the fact they cant download anything to rack up their bill w/o a credit card. now im going to have to deal with people complaining their kids racked up the bill. great. either that or i have to block app downloads which wont even allow them to get free ones. unless verizon reworks the blocks it will b a total disaster when it gets to big red ( i cant stop thinking about chewing gum or clifford when i see "big red" used)
