Can iOS 7 bring on motion sickness? Some users trying out the new parallax and zoom features are getting sick to their stomach, experiencing vertigo, headaches and nausea; some are comparing it to getting car sick. The experience has been making some iPhone owners so ill, that they have resorted to downgrading back to iOS 6...

It really never worked on my cousin's iPhone 5 like Apple demonstrated it in the keynote of iOS 7.

The long transitions are to disguise lag. This was a big update for iOS, adding a lot of the features android had - especially multitasking with only 1gb of ram. It's an old trick Apple has used since the OG iPhone.

I agree. Im using it and its annoying coz the screen doesnt respond untill the animations are over. I have to wait for it to finish, then click on icon. + first time Im facing issues of lag...

yup that's very true, plus i've been noticing some battery drain. but my wife is the primary user, so i can't complain too much. I'm better off with a good ultrabook or convertible but those cost $$$$

Ya, you know this, but they don't...which is probably why iDevices are still popular.

iOS, built for people who can't even find the setting to turn off something that's making them dizzy...

I really don't understand how this could be happening.
Have they ever gone out for a 3D movie? What happens to them? Did they faint there? Did they puke?
I mean, how big is an iPhone that your entire head loses it's senses into it?
I have had head spins while playing computer games, but that is because i'm looking at a 15-20 inch screen. This is just too funny...

Am I the only one that doesn't get sick from 3D movies?

Nope, there are more...but the glasses aren't comfortable. They're like slapping in a rubber band around your head.
Sometimes if it gets to intense, i remove it for some few seconds.
But it's not unbearable though.

I got really nauseous at an imax movie about flying once. Sat dead center in the theater, had to close my eyes.

If you have a history with motion sickness problems and all that... Why the hell you would buy a device (not talking about iPhones, I'm talking about a smartphone, tablet, in general) that will probably contain strong visual effects?

Jesus...

Now there's a new definition for them -- "tools" as per Apple. So use it like a "tool"
