I can't wait for this event! I'm looking for a new phone in the next few months.

Not to be overly picky, but it's a semi-annual expo, which means twice a year. Bi-annual means every other year. A common mix up.

I am also in the market for a new phone! Here's hoping that something of value is announced.

To be overly picky, "bi-annual" means twice per year. "Biennial" means every two years. "Bi-weekly," "bi-monthly," and "bi-yearly" can, technically, all refer to an event that will happen twice during the period or once every two periods.
