Borrow money in the UK right from your iPhone

You certainly know that your iPhone costs you money with the monthly data and voice charges and the price of the unit itself. In the UK, though, iPhone users can actually get money in the form of a loan. Online lender Wonga is offering an app that will allow you to borrow up to 1,000 British Pounds (approximately $1,620 U.S. Dollars). Just enter the amount of money you want, the number of days you need the loan for, and within 15 minutes, the money is in your bank account. The app will also show you the total amount you will need to repay, including interest. So far, the app is available only in the U.K., but we wouldn't be surprised to see the idea catch on in other locations including the U.S.

The iLoan Shark.... Maybe they'll have it GPS enabled so the bank can send a nice italian guy to ask for the payments.... Who knows?
