Just get an s4 and make it "premium" Exynos 5 > snapdragon 600 any day.

I used an HTC One, its a good looking phone with disappointing software. Not a fanboy, I just go with the best specs don't like the s4 (international) is more powerful by enough to choose it over the HTC One. The only problem with the s4 is its Samsung didn't spend a few extra $ to make it metal. Aluminium is not a "premium" metal it is cheap just like the polycarbonate used on the s4, except its easier to scratch, dent and aluminium is a great way to make your phone overheat.

You people do understand that the HTC One runs very hot right? I used one, after 5 minutes of playing Dead Trigger, it than became to hot to hold in my hand comfortably and the game started lagging from thorttling. Thanks Aluminium, one of the best heat conductors/insulators around. The phone was on max brightness and running out of powersaving mode. Also poor battery life when playing 3d games.

That's terrible, and it sounds like EVERY other phone on the market. You know what else gets hot after 5-10 minutes of hard usage? Consoles, laptops, towers, cars, and horses. You should either A: Avoid everything, or B: Don't buy a phone expecting a full-on gaming rig.

The only other phone I know of with overheating problems is the nexus 4. The one was overheating so bad originally that the final had to have a copper layer added to help delay the overheating. The software also force closes stuff you back ground so the cpu stays at minimal usage. They should of not used aluminum for the body, stupid idea, they were just too cheap to actually use something else.

he didn't have to change the CID or anything?
i know the Droid DNA is currently completely locked down if you're on the current software with no root or anything. at least with Motorola devices development can proceed and root access attained even with the devices being locked down but since the DNA was able to be unlocked so soon development went full force with that knowledge and if you're someone that took the OTA, who got a replacement or just recently got a DNA then you're completely blocked out. hope that doesn't happen here.
