BlackBerry seeks to block U.S. sales of Typo

You know the story by now. Radio and Television personality Ryan Seacrest carries two phones. His BlackBerry is deployed when he needs to tap out email and texts. His Apple iPhone is used for, well, everything else. Favoring the latter phone, he comes up with the idea for a snap-on physical QWERTY for the iPhone called Typo, which would have been a perfect idea, except for the fact that the QWERTY looks too much like the one on the BlackBerry Q10...

Yeah BlackBerry, sue and block the s**t out of Typo. This copycat don't deserve to sell their stupid copycat keyboard.
Good luck, BlackBerry!

This is copy and POS. The Verge gave it 3/10. It seems that it doesn't work properly. Blackberry, sue this crap. And please, don't die.

BB should just buy the company and sell TYPO for iPhones and Galaxies. With BBM already available for both ecosystem, they can berryfied IOS and Android devices!
They can also include, certain BBM premium features if one buy the case.

At the very least, this is a bargaining chip to force a juicy licensing agreement that is stacked in favor of BlackBerry. Either that, or BlackBerry will see too it that neither this Typo keyboard, nor anything like it, ever sells again. Both possibilities are well within reach.
