BlackBerry Z10 prices dropped by U.K. retailers

Two U.K. major retailers have slashed the price of the BlackBerry Z10 just one month after its launch with Carphone Warehouse dropping the price to £36 ($54.43USD) per month with a free handset, giving a total reduction of around £160 ($241.90 USD) over the two years of the contract; analysts say that the price cutting does not bode well for a BlackBerry comeback...

Not a good sign if a product is selling out so fast them there is no need to drop the price.

Dream on fanboy, The Z10 is getting OUTDATED faster than they expected. First it was the Xperia Z, Optimus G pro, HTC One then we have the Galaxy S4, these flagship handsets will offer better usability, faster smoother experience at the same price...the Z10 is nothing but a rehashed Galaxy S3 with a 2013 premium price, now who wants that???

In UAE Blackberry Z10 is prized at 2,599 Dhs ($708) and Sony Zperia Z is prices at 2,499 Dhs ($681) even note 2 is priced at 2,499 Dhs ($681) and Galaxy S III is priced at 2,099 Dhs ($572)
In conclusion the price of the Blackberry Z10 is high as similar spec devices cost $150 less!! and the fact is that in UAE ppl carry 2 phones one is a Blackberry the other one is either Galaxy S3/Note2 or Iphone5

In the UK prices drop fairly quickly. You can get an iPhone 5 for about the same price, and that's what BB has to price against.
