I can't understand why the form factor is getting so much ridicule. I miss flip phones and dream of a world with a smart phone without the butt-dialing. I'm so bored with the quad drillion touch screen slabs du jour.

Agreed. I also think that everyone is forgetting that phones..are phones. so what if it doesnt have a 6 billion ghz processor, its still a phone

I hope that's sarcasm when you say the Style is quite the appropriate name for this handset. I'm a huge BB fan, but can't believe that they're serious with this phone. Extremely disappointed. Same with the Torch, it seems some of their recent form factors are taking a few steps back in terms of creativity and originality.

how can their creativity be taking a few steps back when they are trying NEW form factors?

NEW form factors? You're that amazed that they put two things such as a flip phone & qwerty keyboard together? What a crazy, brand new, never been seen before idea. Once again, don't get me wrong, I've always used BB, their OS is perfect for what I need. I just can't see this thing being successful. It's an ugly device that will probably be way too bulky, in my opinion.

I had the evo but I didn't care for the touch screen much and ended up getting the Blackberry Style. I love this phone. Great keyboard. The software is awesome. It's just an all around great phone!

In reference to the post by Nicole1988, Ditto. My EVO is a tremendous phone, however even with a humongous after market battery and switching off all radios, it still leaves much to be desired. Looks like I'll have to search for an outright buy on a Style.
