The much panned clickable keyboard ends up taking home the trophy...

To be fair, though the first version of the software had some serious issues, the screen technology was mostly a hit, or at the very least accepted with every reviewer I read with the notable exception of PhoneArena. Don't get me wrong, I personally am not a huge fan of the keyboard, but lets not make like it got bad reviews from everybody, because it absolutely did not.

I agree it got descent reviews but most reviews I read didn't like the keyboard, not just here on phonearena. I've used it and would have to agree. I suppose people might get used to it but I'd rather have a phone I like right away, not something I have to learn to like. Everyone is different though. But I did read a review on phonescoop as well as another site that weren't fans of the keyboard either.

i hated the suretype, so when it is portrait i use T9 which i could type wayyyyy faster on.... i still prefer the keyboard in landscape tho. i type so fast i love the keyboard..almost as good as my old voyager's :-) i dont understand the bad reviews. i have no problems i love how you can touch it to zoom in and it doesnt accidentally select something on a webpage. its a lot better than the iphone's keyboard
