i think the only way a phone could compete with an iphone is if the screen was made of glass or whatever the material iphoen makes their screen and have a nice big bright screen like the iphone. but i see more young ppl with an iphone more than i see corporate ppl! i can only imagine if the iphone was on verizon how big verizon would be now...

agree 100%. I left Verizon for the iPhone and no matter what everyone says about most reliable and best coverage Verizon, I haven't regretted a single day of it.

I've never really been a fan of qwerty keyboards on phones and have hardly used one, but I had no trouble typing on the storm after having it in my hands for 2 minutes. It worked great and the few mistakes I did make had the correct word hovering above it for me to select. Clicking the screen took a little bit to get used to for selecting apps and links, but it was better than doing it accidentally while scrolling/panning. Storm is a top rate product.

Just called in and bought storm this morning. It's 249.00 with $50 mail in rebate minus $100.00 discount for new every two. That brings it to 100.00 bucks. Then the customer service rep said I am getting a $159.00 credit on my bill bringing the price of the phone to a NEGATIVE 59 bucks. I am a verizon vip customer and have been due for a new phone on the new every two plan since may so maybe thats why the xtra 159.00 credit don't know. However we'll c if it holds true on my bill. All in all haven't seen the phone but coming from a Razor I've been holdin out for a phone that really wows me. I'm hoping it does as much as the -$59.00 price. Worth a shot. If I hate it may return itfor a HTC pro which will be out in a week or so.

Grow up serious you are arguing over a phone...a phone. Some like the iphone and some dont...some like the Storm some dont..the iphone cant picture message and its on a crappy 3-G network ...the Storm was realesed today and some say its running a bit slow and has the weird shur-press. Personally im getting the Storm because of the Network. So stop acting like your in the third grade arguing who has the strongest dad...remember its just a phone.

I went to VZW and Circuit City... no phones, just demos.... after using the demo... the Storm is over... Verizon needs a BB Bold or Curve 2 with 3G... now... there were several unhappy customers... they decided to keep there current phone and wait for VZW to get it right

Yes!! A CURVE WITH 3G! That is exactly what VZW needs!! Like 6 months ago!! oh wait ...

VZW needs to add a QWERTY BB that can compete with the BOLD.... I use the BB because it's provided by my company... I like the same feel with my personal phone... bring the BOLD to VZW

slow, lag, slow, my thumbs hurt, slow, lag, slow. It took around 7 to 10 minutes to boot up. I feel like I just picked up a computer from radio shack in the 1970s. So much potential, SOOOOO SAD!!!! I guess BOLD really is beautiful........

I hated it! I am a girl with acryllic nails, and the touch screen was impossible. I was so excited to preview the demo yesterday and I had already made plans to arrive at the store when it opened, but I was so dissappointed yesterday, there's no way I would ever buy it. The program was slow, it took about 40 seconds to switch between apps, and the rotating view of the screen didn't work (when you turn it sideways the screen display changes). This poor attempt at topping the i-phone was embarassing.

How are those acryllic nails working on the iPhone?
