YES!!!!!! Job sercruity for another two years!!! I mean, with all the problems this unit will most likely have, I can constantly count on customers coming into my store!! SO EXCITED!!!!!

If you think VZW phones are so shitty, what are you doing selling them? Especially since you've said you use an iphone. I would think you'd sell phones for the company that best falls in with your own personal lines of service/phones/features. It's like an avid smoker lobbying for anti-smoking regulations. Just don't get it.

no, you work for the company that hires you and cuts you a check. what phone you have has nothing to do with where you work.

i dont understand what makes the iphone so good? now that bb has an app store, which is amazing, why is it so much better than the storm?

I hated the iPhone/Storm/G1 for the longest time until I bought an iPhone and it's not half bad. I won't bother going to the G1, it's useless at this point. Now the Storm I might go for if the Wi-Fi version (9620?) is released. I'm sorry, but I need Wi-Fi. I'll wait.

Im going to re-post this for the **ddripp** and his "idiotphone 3obvious comment or (iphone 3G as you all know it) Its all about marketing. I don’t think it would be a necessarily "bad" idea to change the name of the Storms successor. If you think about it how stupid was it for iPhone to rename their next phone iPhone "3G", the synonymously OBVIOUS current generation of wireless speed, could you imagine if the names of Verizon’s phones if WE did that...oh here’s the Voyager 3G, and the Dare 3G, and the Alias 3G...or for you old folks the Knack 3G with a slogan "You might be slow but your phone, aint". even if they don’t call it the Storm 2 everyone else will. We could call it the Blackberry Aneurism, and people would say, "yeah, its pretty much the storm 2 if you ask me"...So with that being said it cant really be good or bad whatever they name it, just don’t make it extremely obvious that your desperate for attention...

Oh, so it's okay for Blackberry to make a Storm 2, but people bash Apple for making a 3G version of the iPhone? Hypocrites.

8. VZWEMP posted on 06 Apr 2009, 20:01

maybe people bashed apple because they released a 3g version a yr later on a network that already had a 3g network established. granted the 3g network on att is not that vast but its still available and realistically the first gen iPhone should have supported 3g. oh and for all the people that jumped ship for the iPhone you will sorely regret it within the next yr. trust me.

no spoken like someone who knows what theyre talking about. i love the iPhone. i love a lot of devices not just the ones that are dedicated to one carrier. sorry but i dont really take sides. dont get me wrong, when it comes to networks i work for the best and its been proven. but this isnt about coverage its about phones.

16. tflex posted on 07 Apr 2009, 09:42

ok i respect that.

30. Charlie (unregistered) posted on 07 Apr 2009, 21:42

I haven't seen any proof as to which carrier is the best.

35. PapaJay224 posted on 12 Apr 2009, 12:52

THANK YOU MUTHA F$#%@! I guess it takes a VZWEMP to understand that putting 3G on the end of your phones marketing scheme, to understand how idiotic your network/phone actually is, and how RIPPED you just got by spending $700 on...oh not one but *2* phones from apple...WOW america, WOW! I guess theyre right the "apple" didnt fall to far from the tree...I think Ill put the word "human" at the end of my name from now on...Jay HUMAN, it has a ring to it...and it will defenatly clarify any confusion consumers might have about my name and what I am. VZW FTW (and I dont mean for the win..)

7. htsee posted on 06 Apr 2009, 18:43

all bb and apple threads attract all the haters and supporters... just because phonearena isnt objective, why cant people be objective... this is a step forward for some potential customers, whichevery carrier is getting this (probably vzw in the states), as well as rim... good products drive the market... when the market is good, theres some good competition... something for everyone...
