Does the PlayBook support usb controllers?

Probably not at this time. Yet native support for USB host should come with the PlayBook 2.0 software, and that will make using USB controllers possible. Still, the software will need to support key mapping. Perhaps a Bluetooth one could work, as long as the emulator itself allows it.

Interested on Sega Genesis games. I got the available current list of Sega on Rankerhttp://www.ranker.com/list/sega-genesis-games-list-of-games-on-genesis-console/video-games-by-console. Have fun choosing! :)
