As a MetroPCS sales rep, I've been waiting for this day for pretty much ever. You have no clue how many customers come in asking when Metro is going to get a Black Berry or touchscreen. Anyway, $450 seems reasonalble, seeing how there is no contract, and trust me, ppl will pay that. Plus my AR told us that there will be a data plan probably bundled with the 50 plan. Oh yea, just want to clear something up, Metro is only 'prepaid' as in you pay before your month, not after, you're not paying for minutes, so it isn't like the typical 'prepaid' services.

i have metropcs and only pay $50 a month for unlimited everything.i was going to switch to sprint but they charge $99.99 plus a bunch of other fees for the same thing i get at metro for $50.00.i heard that the samsung instinct was headed to metro at the end of this month.

I think it was ultimately a stupid move. It doesn't work on the new AWS 1700 band. So their potentially cheating themselves by not making it available to customers in their new markets, and customers in old markets will have to use expensive traveltalk if they visit one of these new markets.

Hello Jyakotu, I have had metropcs for 5 years! and have saved over $12,000.00. As a mortgage broker my at&t bills were over $200.00 a month!, with Metropcs, forjust $50.00 dollars I had unlimited national minutes! I took the 12k to the bank! How is that for a Smart phone? While you had your smart phone I had my cake and ate it too! Thank you METRO! I will for ever be your customer!
