Verizon now offers the CDMA/GSM hybrid BlackBerry 8830. The World Edition smartphone is based on the 8800 but works on both CDMA networks in the US and on GSM overseas

Actually it's $199 after rebate at Verizon's website.

I was so looking forward to this phone but alas, no camera. I need all these features and a camera phone...hopefully they will solve this soon.
