Black LG G6 leaks out
Far from being one of this year's best kept secrets, the LG G6 smartphone has been pictured numerous times until now, despite the fact that it won't be officially showcased before February 26. Earlier today, we saw a white LG G6 next to its predecessor (the G5), and now we have newly leaked renders that show a black variant of the upcoming handset.

Revealed by Evan Blass (known as @evleaks on Twitter), the new renders present the front, rear, left, and right sides of the G6.

Given Evan Blass' reputation, we're likely looking at renders that LG itself will use to promote the phone. Now, these are not exactly high-quality images, and it appears that they've been cropped from some marketing material.Update: Added higher quality renders, which certainly provide a proper look at what the G6 is all about when it comes to design.

The G6 is a metal-made, non-modular phone that sports a 5.7-inch Full Vision display with rounded corners. This is bound to become the world's first smartphone to offer an unusual 1440 x 2880 pixels screen resolution, while also becoming LG's first global flagship handset to be dust- and water-resistant. You can find out more about what's expected from the device by checking out our LG G6 rumor review.

We'll be here to share all the details about the new handset as soon as LG finally announces it at MWC 2017 this Sunday.
