Black Friday for Target means a $49 LG Optimus V with no contract
Share:
The LG Optimus V is equipped with a 3.2 inch display and is powered by a 600MHz processor with Android 2.2 installed. A 3.2MP camera is on back and pre-installed on the device is the Swype keyboard. Sure, it is not the hottest Android model around, but how many smartphones with Google's open source OS aboard can you find for $49 with out a contract?

I am just getting the vibe that Black Friday just ain't that big of a deal for Mobile. Most of the "deals" listed by Radio Shack and Best Buy are just not that great. And Target only is tossing in prepaid?
I am sure some shoppers will jump all over some of these thinking they are big dollar deals simply cause the flyers say they are.

Will Target make this available at Midnight or sometime in the morning?

This is just for the prepaid section.. Target Mobile, a division of RadioShack, will most likely have sales of their own..
And as you pointed out snowgator, there is only so much companies can do with Black Friday deals when it comes to cell phones since they are already being subsidized with a contract.

We advertise along with target, so I'm a bit disheartened to not see us included as we are to be included in all target flyers.
