Better late than never; XV6900 gets update

The old saying is quite true. It’s better late than never! This saying goes towards Verizon Wireless’ XV6900 which has finally received the official update for Windows Mobile 6.1. Although Sprint HTC Touch users have been graced with the update a lot earlier, it’s still refreshing to see it finally arrive on Verizon’s version of the handset. So what’s so special about this update? For starters, it provides the faster EV-DO Rev. A connection, updated MMS client, Microsoft Remote Desktop, VZ Navigator, and compatibility with 16GB microSD cards. With HTC releasing newer versions of the original Touch series, we are quite pleased to know they still remember the originators. So head on over and enjoy the goodies with the new update.

yes, this is the REAL wm6.1 update for the XV6900. will not void the warranty
