Speculation has arisen that some Motorola ATRIX 4G units received a beta test OTA upgrade that is supposed to unlock HSUPA on the device and fix a bug that froze the screen often...

The update is there for the insprire as well. AT&T wanted them rolled out together. You should get an SMS from AT&T letting you know its ready for your phone. They are rolling them out in order by the IMEI on the phones. If you dont get the SMS, then just periodically check in your setttings under about phone then system updates. Just keep doing it through out the day and you should get connected and be able to download it. I am still waiting on mine as well for the Atrix. My friend is waiting for his Inspire too. So we are both constantly checking. Its a hassle, but its worth it I think anyways.
