Seeing the Photon Q with a new T-Mobile plan instead of a Sprint plan in the Walmart section...Does that mean that the SIM card is switchable? Finally?

I spent 3 days trying to add a line to our Sprint account through Radioshack. Worst customer service EVERRRRRRRRRR! On Radioshacks part.
