You may wanna do a better job covering Android apps. With one in 10 apps being android, your turtleneck is showin'.

If you bothered to you know read the article, you *might* have noticed that the majority of new apps are for Android. You might have also read this:

"To avoid all confusion and flamewars in the comments, this month we are again separating the iOS, Android and Windows Phone apps. First come 9 best new iPhone and iPad apps, then - starting from number 10 - we have listed our picks for Android, and finally - starting from number 21 - a few neat new Windows Phone applications."

Good list, I may give Fhoto a whirl (though I like Nokia's own Creative Studio).

Translator has been available for months, it may be "new" for WP8.

Correction: ForeverMaps 2 shows on the Play Store as 99 cents.. How is it free? I know the offline maps must be but not the app itself.

Echofon for twitter not free at all. Just uber media alternatif for their ubersocial for twitter. I wonder if this is their solution to limited token that twitter offer to third party dev

Hey check this one called streetquest - run is a game. My personal best, its app for runners but not usual km counter but more game oriented.
Really good even for newbie joggers plus give lots of fun ;)
