Given that the chain is between the rock and the hard place with mass retailers undercutting prices on one hand, and online behemoths like Amazon flourishing, service is about the last bastion of hope for Best Buy to stand out...

They're the only game in town. But I have to admit, the only reason I ever go there is to see, touch, and smell the goods. When it comes to buying, I always go online (mostly to Amazon).
