That leak that came from Best Buy Canada about the upcoming top-secret Samsung flagship - the Galaxy S III? Well, it must have irked the management to no end, as the electronics retailer is taking drastic measures to curtail the incident and make sure it doesn't happen again...

*sigh*
Really?
I mean, if Samsung got all pissy and revoked partnerships or whatever, I can sorta understand. But this is just silly.

Yeh,
I think this leak helped the SIII sale. It did not do any negative impact on SIII, Best Buy or Samy. ??

Well, the basterd took a s**t in MY wheaties no matter if it didnt change the flavor! MY wheaties damnit! If I want more s**t flavoring ill s**t in them myself! MINE MINE MINE GREED CONTROL FREAK OCD ARSEHOLE SYNDROME NOM NOM NOM...
Its a valid "human" responce...
Still, im going to agree with the majoirty of CONSUMERS, leaks are the ULTIMATE PR/ADVERTISEMENTS that ANY company can have... EVER!
I have no doubt that the leaked information had both positive and negative effects, but not enough to complain about the negative part:
First thought: Sweet GS3!
Second thought: Sweet I know when, or about when I can get my GS3!
Third thought: Sweet! I know a good place I can get my GS3 and around what date I can start keeping my eye out!
EDIT: well theres negative now. Current thought: that company is going after the person responsible for my first 3 excited thoughts, make that 2, and I will make sure to buy from another company!

Unless best buy is already been bought under the table by "you-know-who".. and they don't want any PR/advertisement whatsoever for the SGS3 but keeping the limelight for the upcoming rumoured-to-be 4" metal back phone that usually comes with 16/32/64GB memory..

Well it is Canadian management, not exactly the brightest around. Also refer to the following companies for references. Nortel, ATI and now RIM... See a pattern here?

Yes, it's called loose bowel syndrome or LBS; in some countries it's also considered diahrea.

Best Buy your sales are down. Any leaked info for your store can only help sales.

If it werent for leaks ho could us nerds make informed decisions on when, where and what we're gonna buy. not a big enough deal to make this big of a deal about it.
