Wal-mart is going to have the Nokia 920 priced at $99.88. I'm actually excited to see what these phones hold in store.

Damn those phones are ugly! It's the UI that makes them so ugly. Different is not innovation, this different is ugly.
6. nd_arn (Posts: 14; Member since: 16 Oct 2012)
you are sadismic . the 920 is prettiest phone in the world
11. Pings (Posts: 301; Member since: 19 Dec 2008)
LOL! A ripped UI for AOL's website in 1996 is not pretty. It's quite ugly. WP8 will be the next Zune HD. A joke!

But now it's toutch...
15. Pings (Posts: 301; Member since: 19 Dec 2008)
That's what I'm talking about. It was ugly back in 1996 and it's still ugly in 2012. And they call this innovation. SMH... I'l be sticking with Windows 7 and my Android phone thank you.

You mean go back to waiting for your Andriod updates that never happen.

Go back and enjoy ur halfbaked os, along with no Devs support nor custom roms nor overclocking nor jailbreaks. Unlike ios have Cydia for tweaks. Also 7years and its not going nowhere.

IOS is an app drawer and looks like a windows desktop with shortcuts.
Android is a ripoff of windows mobile UI and notifications improved upon maemo.
Bada is a ripoff of android.
Everything is inspired by something in the past and this the way whole system works, there is nothing wrong in it.

Lmfao stop dreaming to much wp8forever.
So in short buy a w8 phone and get screwed. Since MS is desperately trying to invent ways to lock in their existing customers befor they loose them, we might aswell let them. They will surely win kinda anyway, "resistance is futile" who am i to dream of a technology world where there is diversity and choice made possible by working interoperability standarda®©

you are living upto your name "Epic Troll". Metro ui is the best ui , because its slicker, smooth, fonts are great and very lively. If you have used any wp device, u should know that tiles are just the tip of iceberg. The whole modern UI (metro) is a lot more friendly and intuitive, with its swipe like gestures. but you will not acknowledge this fact ,because wp is not your cup of tea. As 'Pings' pointed out the whole AOL thing, do you realise that android is just a ripoff of maemo ? Symbian had such icon based interface decades ago.Your points are as irrelevent as hell.
46. haseebzahid (Posts: 1836; Member since: 22 Feb 2012)
i agree on you android is copy of everything that ever got famous nothing more than that i bet if windows phone gets famous android 5.0 will have tiles too most probably that's what they do COPIES. and at-lest MS never copies anyone
47. haseebzahid (Posts: 1836; Member since: 22 Feb 2012)
thats exactly what people said when mouse was first invented by MS no one said its ever gonna work for computers now everyone use it and cant use computer at all if they dont use it :P if u disagree on mouse die painfully by killing your own mouse

is look like you have a iphone. same ugly UI. but Windows looks like it will let u at least change the widget order.
10. Pings (Posts: 301; Member since: 19 Dec 2008)
I'm running a custom rom on Android. Real innovation something you'all wouldn't know about it. Yeah you can change the widget order, but it's an ugly widget at that.
39. JamesHunt (Posts: 37; Member since: 01 Oct 2012)
Do you call that innovation ? We symbian users had been accustomed to custom roms many years ago..
16. Pings (Posts: 301; Member since: 19 Dec 2008)
One more thing about that. I don't like Apple or iOS for many reasons, but iOS is simple looking and beautiful. WP7/8 is simple looking and ugly. Sorry man. Simple looking and beautiful (iOS) > Simple looking and ugly (WP7/8).
18. XPERIA-KNIGHT (unregistered)
LOL its not that ugly man i think you're exaggerating a bit here
38. Pings (Posts: 301; Member since: 19 Dec 2008)
You're right. If WP7/8 was a chick she would rate around a 4 around other uglier chicks. Next to the 9's or 10's that is iOS and Android. WP looks like a 2 or 3.
40. JamesHunt (Posts: 37; Member since: 01 Oct 2012)
Most of my android using friends have launcher 7 installed on their smartphones. And they are showing it off . What an irony...
42. Pings (Posts: 301; Member since: 19 Dec 2008)
That's one of the cool things about Android.
44. JamesHunt (Posts: 37; Member since: 01 Oct 2012)
i agree.. but its nowhere close to the wp experience... those fake live tiles just give it a half baked look...
50. haseebzahid (Posts: 1836; Member since: 22 Feb 2012)
forget about coolness tell me about android productivity compared to full windows 6,7,8 or any thats will work on tablet. i bet u will start thinking what else is their even before counting the features that windows desktop OS gives even on a tablet and to the articles yes wp8 will have many cross features which is more then good for apps to grow rapidly... u hate UI well thats your problem if u dont like i can do nothing to make u like it

Yes you can, just migrate to Android™®©
22. OptimusOne (Posts: 694; Member since: 22 May 2012)
well ios is simple. i agree with that.
and it is somewhat good looking.
but i prefer something even better looking(stock or sense) and ios is too simple for me.
if apple makes it a little more complex(widgets multiple homescreen file transfer w/usb flash, themes) etc then it would fill my needs
8. clevername (Posts: 1431; Member since: 11 Jul 2008)

Why does it say in the specifications that the phone has an '8.0' megapixel count?? ITS '8.7' for crying out loud! So many websites get this dam part Wrong...
