Bell entices customers to buy a 'refreshed' iPhone 3G by offering a free Apple Dock
It's hard to imagine that the iPhone 3G is still being readily sold throughout various wireless carriers around the globe, especially when the latest iteration has been in the spotlight of late, but it appears as though Bell is starting a new promotion to push units out of their inventory.

Actually, they're selling 'refreshed' Apple iPhone 3G 8GB units on their web site which might be one of the reasons why they're still around. Although some people might not take kindly to buying a re-branded refurbished model, its $9.95 3-year contract price does make it more manageable than the iPhone 4. However, Bell's new promotion slightly makes the purchase a bit easier since they're offering a free dock with your purchase – which is in itself a $35 value.

Even though you'll be getting a refreshed iPhone 3G unit, which have been tested to meet quality assurance functionality, you can charge or sync your handset in style thanks to the dock. So if it's worth it to you, then maybe this promotion isn't such a bad thing – for both parties in fact, but it's worth noting that it does not come included with the usual Apple headphones.
