This is an interesting option for AT&T users. According tohttp://phonecompatibility.net this phone will work on AT&T.

Anyone planning to get this from Bell?

Don't forget that this version also includes Sense UI, not included in T-Mobile's version.

Also, most of Bell and Telus' new smartphones, excluding the Palm Pre (and most phones in general) use SIM cards on their 3G networks. So, most of these smartphones are able to be used in America, after unlocking.
