You're an idiot. If you had any common sense at all you would know that his comment "I bet if we ask Obama what one of theses products are he could not name it without the help of his aids" is referring to the fact that he needs a teleprompter to do anything. And here we go again with this "middle class" garbage. What about the lower class? What about the people who can actually create jobs? Open your mind up. It's not about one class succeeding. It's about everyone being able to succeed.

Exactly.
Like you said, the guy cant hardly do anything without a teleprompter.
He has effectively made the most powerful nation "look a' fool" to the world.
He freakin high jacked our economy and quadrupled our deficit! And he didn't even start any new wars! I mean WTF!!! (not that I want any new wars).

Ya know smp, if you ain't with one party, you're with the other...unless you're one of those duchebags who'd rather complain about everything under the sun. The president gave kudos to a man for living the American dream and you post BS pertaining to the economy...a economy that was already in turmoil when he took office. And yes, I heard of the FCC. But I guess you will blame Obama for THAT too, especially when you're phone can't access porn sites due to FCC regulations...RETARD. Now, if you are finished posting, you may return to your parent's basement and finish caressing yourself with your phone.

Brikz,
You made a comment that this is a "phone website". I commented back saying that politics effects the cellular world. In fact the FCC directly effects what we can and can't do with our phones.

And brikz, our economy was having some serious issues before Obama. But seriously, look at the numbers. Bush left with approx 400,000,000,000 in debt. Obama came in and now it is 1,800,000,000,000 (and that was in less than a year after taking office). Which is over 4 times as high as Bush took it.
I am not posting BS. What I said about the economy is true. It was bad, but now its horrid. If you want to go look up those numbers, be my guest. They are on the internet for everyone to see.

I dont watch porn on my phone. So I personally dont mind if they take that away. But if you want to blame Obama for ruining your bathroom breaks at work, be my guest. And you would actually be able to blame him because I believe he has nominated 2 out of the 5 people in that administration.

Now, why dont you argue the actual points instead of using a straw man argument.... before I move on, you will probably need to go Google what a "straw man argument" is.

Now go ahead and TRY to argue the points. I know it can be difficult. But give it a shot. Go back and read this again if you need to. :)

People kill me. The President of the United States only praised Steve Jobs for making great products and that the sales of those products are great for the American economy. Everybody must pay taxes. But I dont think its right for Steve Jobs's secretary to be in a higher tax bracket than Steve Jobs himself. Taxes are meant to sustain our government. Other Senators and representatives from each party support taxes. The only difference is that each party wishes to tax one segment of the population more or less.
P.S. President Barack Obama is the President of the United States and deserves to be labeled and respected as such.

the iphone only helps the US by sales tax, all the manufacturing goes on in china. but hey, we keep voting idiot liberals that want to keep raising corperate taxes. we are the 2nd highest corperate tax rate in the world. if you could save a billion a year in pure profit by moving your headquarters, wouldnt u? Want to change that? Vote for someone that wants to LOWER taxes, not raise them. The more jobs that come TO america the more taxes that get paid over all.

Steve Jobs is a liberal control freak. He is a dictator that controls every fascit of his little world. Thats why obama loves him, he wants that kind of power over the rest of the US.

His secretary probably does pay a higher tax than he does. the TRUELY rich get paid off dividends and stocks which is taxed at a mere 15%. Only small business owners (S corps) and a very very small amount of people make 250k a year to be taxed at the highest rates. So next time you vote to "tax the rich" (who pay like 75% of all the taxes already), u are really voting for higher corperate taxes because of the sheer amount of S corps... which raises prices ON YOU, and sends more jobs OVER SEAS.
Politicians know that, and they know you DONT. You really think they would be voting to raise THEIR taxes? You think all these big billionaires like Gates, Jobs, and Oprah are really voting to have THEIR taxes raised when they try to convince u to vote Democrat??? if so you really are an idiot.

Tre-Nitty, you fail!

Obama has the lowest approval rating and all he did was make a bad situation worse.
The problem is that demand side economics dont work and they ESPECIALLY dont work during a recession.
The thing everyone needs to realize is that no economy is recession proof. There are ups and downs in economies. Its like a rollercoaster.
If Obama was trying to save our economy he would be tightening the spending, but instead he went out with his congress and spent more than any president in history.
Tell me Tre-Nitty... when you run out of money, do you go take a giant loan to help "stimulate" your budget. NO! You freaking stop spending so much money and go without some of your luxuries! Why? Because you realize that borrowing and spending more money doesnt fix the problem, its only a temorary fix. In the end you just bankrupt yourself. Which is exactly what Obama has done to our entire nation.

But dont quite your day job Tre-Nitty (if you have one), all those people on welfare are depending on your tax dollars.

People like you are the ones that make the situation worse than it already is. Instead of doing something to help, you're the type who would rather point fingers, blame other people, and would actually hope for the situation to get even worse, just so you can say in the end, "I told you so." . I actually plan on getting involved in politics and my primary goal is to become president. I dont expect to lose. i expect to win. I personally dont believe American Voters are dumb. I believe the majority of them are very intelligent.

I have personally helped in campaigns, I have made phone calls, I have pounded the pavement, I ran projects, I have been involved in political groups, I have written papers about my political beliefs and I even almost ran for a local office this year.
I am only 22 years old.

Now, I will ask you. What have you done to make a difference instead of typing about how much you despise people like me?

No assumption attached.

Also, anyone in here can say that they have personally helped in campaigns, blah, blah, blah. I helped develop android os and also helped with the development of ios, and I am one of Bill Gate's close friends :) And I'm only 21 :) What else?

Don't ask me what difference I have made in a forum where anyone can make up any stories. That's quite a silly thing to ask. Just go for it and just do it.

530 you really should think before you speak.

Being intelligent doesn't mean you will always agree with everything I personally have to say. I have plenty of VERY intelligent friends that disagree with me all the time. Some of these very intelligent friends also voted for Obama. And even still, some of them believe he is doing a really good job.

I never bragged about becoming president. I only said that it was a goal of mine. Goals are very important in life. Having ambitions is what drives a person to actually DO something. Its sad that I even have to explain that.

Its funny that you can't comeback with actual facts. It is also interesting that instead of trying to show how you have helped, you try to discredit me by saying I am making these things up. Why dont you come back when you are ready for an adult level debate, because clearly you are not.

Stop attacking character and start shooting me some facts. If you need to use google to look a bunch up, go ahead, I wont blame you this time around.

Yes, goals are indeed important in life. Share it with your friends on facebook, or to those who care to know. Not here on Phone Arena.

hey tre nitty, u do realize that bush has carried a higher aproval rating than obama almost the entire time (exept for right after the election). 9/11 happened because bill clinton was given osama bin laden 3 seperate times on a platter and refused to have him extradited to prosecute him for the bombing of the USS Cole and US embasies, because he was too busy bombing asprin factories in iraq to get the news to stop covering the monica lewinsky affair. if you think that Bush knowingly let 9/11 happen for some sort of oil conspiracy your a total moron.

BTW, the economy took a crap after 2006. after liberals took power of the house n senate. Bush gets the blame for signing bad bills for sure, but it was Pelosi, Reid, and Dodd that wrote the housing bill and TARP that brought the economy to its knees. Obama has quadrupled the national deficit in 2 years. A deficit that took over 200 years to get to the level he took it over at.

"Hey we got no job and were out of money, what should we do? Lets charge up 4x more than we have aready on the credit card! That will help us get jobs!!" --- Obama/Pelosi thinking. "

No, you cut government spending, government programs, cut taxes to spurr growth and development and DONT bail out companies with borrowed money from china with high interest rates. No company is too big to fail. And no company has a right to tax dollars as income.

bush and obama are both symptoms and the conciquence of idiots of america voting. people no longer pay attention to what is actually going on and prefer headlines and slogans to actual knowledge. If people actually paid attention bush, obama, pelosi, reid, mccain, clinton(s), and many more would have ever gotten elected. 80% of people that voted for obama had no idea who he was or what his actual stances on anything were. heck, even howard stern (a staunch liberal) was making fun of people for how little they knew but were going to vote obama.. just because.

I wish people like you would just learn to shut the hell up. The public does not really know the truth about what's happening in the government unless you actually were on top of it first hand. There are so many stories, speculations, theories, etc on how things happen in government affairs. Who's behind the assasination of Kennedy? Did Marilyn Monro really commit suicide? Who's behind the 9/11 tragedy? What's the real reason why we went into war? There are many, many different stories that are believed to be true regarding these major events in American history. Take a pick. As far as I know, most of them aren't really true. There's always more than meets the eye when it comes to government affairs. I say, as a citizen, just be a good one. Respect whoever the leader is, and give him or her a chance to do their work. Do your part as a citizen by supporting their platforms to try to make it work so we can all move forward and get out of this ugly economic crisis. That is where prayer and faith becomes an integral part of our nation. That He will continue to bless the US and give our leaders the wisdom to rule.

He got played by the likes of Larry Summers, Dodd, etc., I'm not even bringing the Fed into that equation, they are accountable to noone.

To be honest, US never intends to repay that debt, that's clear. Bernanke is exporting inflation to China, and the bubble there will burst pretty soon. We'll just whine and beg, and threaten, and get out of it in a decade or so. Honestly, the machine was in motion long before he took office, McCain/Palin would have gone Keynesian as well (without the health care reform), since that's the only way big finance could survive, and they hedge their bets giving money to each candidate.

What Obama DID, though, and everyone seems to be forgetting that, is that he is a BLACK guy who became PRESIDENT of the USA. That feat alone was worth his term, the economy would have been in the doldrums with everyone else at the helm, too, except maybe Ron Paul, who I admire, but is not TV-likeable enough, and too old to be a president.

So, yeah, he fulfilled the American Dream, and is giving credit where credit is due. Steve Jobs was down and out for a long time, but came back to prove that if you listen closely to what people actually want - a hint of harmony, symbiosis between form and function, they will reward you with taking your company up to the second largest in stock valuation, solely based on faith and trust you will deliver.

Merry Christman, Phoneareners :-)
PS I got a Galaxy Tab for Xmas, but honestly it's way overhyped that it offers more than the iPad - good that I'm a geek, hehe
