BOLT browser gets upgrade to version 2.11

The BOLT third party mobile browser has been updated to version 2.11. A minor upgrade, the new build is expected to remove a problem that had the progress bar stuck at 20% on some web sites. Server response time has also been made faster and Twitter use is also improved. Despite the lack of any major changes, Bitstream does recommend that all BOLT users upgrade to the new version.
