The talented concept artists from the Apple Conspiracy are voicing their opinion on the Galaxy S IV, and its leaked design you might have seen here and there, by staging a new concept render, this time directly titled Galaxy S VI, to indicate where they want Samsung to be heading with the flagship Galaxy line in the future...

Let me add some more to that. lol Check this out, it's official Android now dominates the tablet segment not just the smartphone segment.

It's too thin to house everything. Oh and it doesn't look like it's made out of cheap plastic. Not Samsung.

Samsung's R&D is already there. You know once Flexible screens are 100% ready for the consumer market, Samsung will blow away anything we just read.
+1

I know, and I love the design very much. I know Samsung can see this concept, but don't believe this concept first, we can believe it in the future, because the specs are just super.

These arent entirely new ideas! It looks so HTC-ish to me. Hahahaa..

I would get this and get over with everything if it was real!

I dont believe Samsung's capable of designing something like this, it would be really nice if they did.
60. Taters posted on 13 Mar 2013, 11:13 1 0
They are more capable than most. Whether they choose to is another story altogether but they definitely can with their resources.

i do believe it... it said "high quality plastic unibody" haha
87. bobolicious posted on 14 Mar 2013, 16:58 0 0
why does everyone say i dont believe it, its not something that they said would be designed, its only an opinion of what they WANT something to look like.

Nice and all but without a physical home button - waking up the device wouldn't be comfortable.
So - thanks but no thanks.
Functionality >>> style.

unless you have an easy to press power button like the one used on the XPERIA Z:http://www.esato.com/gfx/news/
img/originals/sony-xperia-z-back-power-button.jpg
26. ilia1986 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 08:54 4 2
Doesn't matter. A power button is either on top or on the side. You need a physical, relatively large button on the front of the device to comfortably wake it when its lying on the table (for example).
32. McLTE posted on 13 Mar 2013, 09:20 3 3
Who needs it? I certainly don't NEED the physical home button.
The ONLY time I use the physical home button on my Note2 is when I am going back to my home screen. I can't recall ever using it to wake the phone.
I just did some testing. For ME, it really makes no difference if I push the home button to wake it, or hit the power button on the side (or volume if you have it set to wake).
Having said all that, I do like the physical home button and would like to see it carry on through new designs. You know it won't though as the same functionality can be done without a physical button - it's extra cost that will get cut sooner or later.
38. ilia1986 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 09:35 6 1
You might not need it. Many many other people - me included - do need it.
51. protozeloz posted on 13 Mar 2013, 10:26 2 3
The home button is a pain, I'd rather have on screen ones and a power button at the right side... Easy to turn the device on right when you hold it with your hand
35. Synack posted on 13 Mar 2013, 09:28 3 3
It's people like you that are holding back innovation. You dont need that silly home button like on the GS3 and iPhone.
44. bparkerson posted on 13 Mar 2013, 10:00 1 3
No you don't...Have you ever used a Nexus device? I never once considered it "uncomfortable" to wake up my Galaxy Nexus. The physical home button is one of the main reasons I decided against the GS3 and Note 2. I could accept a compactive home button but why have a physical one? I could go on and on but that's for another topic. Sadly, it seems the GS4 will have the same.
80. belovedson posted on 13 Mar 2013, 18:28 0 0
this is where you are wrong. the home button when depressed can act as a shortcut....you would know this once you are using different roms. also if the phone is facing flat on its back. its really more comfortable to press the home button over the power button.
using a capacity version feels weird. i have tried it on my previous nexus but i like the home button much more
45. deathgod posted on 13 Mar 2013, 10:03 2 2
So is there a problem with just pushing the power button to wake it up? That's been working just fine for me on my Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus, Transformer Infinity, etc. I can't stand the physical home button, if they feel the need to not use onscreen buttons then capacitive looks much better.
61. Taters posted on 13 Mar 2013, 11:19 2 0
Home button is much better. You can hit it to wake up and just move your thumb slightly to swipe to unlock. Almost in one motion.
A far cry from hitting the power button and then moving your thumb all the way to an area that is close to where the home button would be anyways and then swiping to unlock. Why not wake up and swipe to unlock right next to each other instead of reaching for the power button?
Try going back to a physical home button, it's much MUCH better.
Of course the BB Z10 way is best.
Z10 > physical home button >>>>>>>>>> any other method.
75. deathgod posted on 13 Mar 2013, 15:57 0 0
It takes like a second at most to move your hand from the power button to swipe to unlock the screen, its negligible at best.
I used home buttons all the time my cousins gs2, ipad2,iPad mini, and find them bothersome. I guess I just prefer the button less design of devices
77. Meleagru posted on 13 Mar 2013, 16:28 0 0
With a bendable screen, there could be added functionality in that. And touch panel on the back. I'd love a seamless phone, with no holes, nothing to poke at, great durability and design. It's going to happen. Buttons are soon going to be a relic, a transitional semi-flawed design until we get to real deal.
89. jsilverstreak posted on 14 Mar 2013, 23:59 0 0
no need for a button it can just detect your hand when you pick it up or put your hand next to the screen

Interesting concept, but I'm sure that even if Samsung managed to pull off somthing as good as that, some people in this forum would still complain about it becuse it's "cheap plastic".
31. sbw44 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 09:10 1 1
The "cheap plastic" is something samsung brought on by themselves!
After 4 flagships why do they still use cheap plastic? or why don't it feel premium enough? All Lumia phone's which uses Polycarbonate feels premium, even Htc's phones feel premium!
33. McLTE posted on 13 Mar 2013, 09:22 2 0
The only issue that I have with Samsung's "cheap plastic" is that they continue to make it smoooooth and slick.
put a rubberized nano coating of some kind on it and I'll smile with my plastic phones forever.
41. sbw44 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 09:54 1 4
No matter what they use on the plastic, its still Samsung's Plastic. Which is Cheap!
That's Samsung's own fault!
53. cretinick posted on 13 Mar 2013, 10:30 4 0
You know that Cheap Plastic is a very resistant polycarbonate, don't you?
I don't like the look and feel of the Galaxy SIII's polycarbonate. But it is not cheap, and is resistant.
55. _PHug_ posted on 13 Mar 2013, 10:35 5 0
Sure your Lumia and HTC may look/feel premium but their combined sales can't touch the Galaxy so it's only a factor to a minority.
PS. I wouldn't be caught dead with a Lumia
58. sbw44 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 10:47 0 6
PS. What are you a Idiot?
What does sales have to do with this? The point is Samsung don't care what you Idiots think! they will just make cheap looking, cheap feeling phones for you brainwashed fanboys to buy!
Also that Lumia is way better looking and has way better build quality, has way better Maps, has a way better camera then your cheap looking Galaxy!
All you have is more core's and more fart apps!
64. Taters posted on 13 Mar 2013, 11:52 6 0
Is that why the GS3 took home all the 2012 rewards and your precious Lumia 920 won nothing except the heaviest phone award and the noisiest day time photos award? Or I forgot it also won the largest device with a 4.5 inch screen award!
67. sbw44 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 12:59 0 3
Whaaaaaa! The Lumia 920 won 12 awards in 2012! want proof?

at least the MWC judges are not one of them..
73. sbw44 posted on 13 Mar 2013, 15:42 0 1
Well Nokia won best smartphone award last year when they announced the 808!
If they release a flagship at MWC this year they would have won again!
74. Taters posted on 13 Mar 2013, 15:48 2 0
So wait..... The Lumia 920 won some crappy obscure awards and that is somehow better than the more prestigious awards like all the important phone of the year awards that the GS3 won? And that is more important than sales? I think Nokia would disagree and would love the sales of that cheap plastic crap that took home the Oscars of cell phone awards. The GSM awards.
I don't think that you should be calling other people idiots. Haha
