I have RCT (original, 2, 3, and all expansions for same) on my PC, and will enjoy using my future Win8 tablet to play it, but I hope it can come to WP8 as well, especially if I want to design a track on my break at work then test it at home or something.

It's mildly impressive seeing phones that can run these programs, especially as complex as they can be (thousands of patrons, all the sounds and income/expenses, all the rides and their physics, etc)
