Apple's next generation tablet just a stop-gap until Apple iPad 3 launch in Q3 2012?

According to a report in Thursday's DigiTimes, Apple is about to put into production it's next-gen Apple iPad; the same report cites sources as saying that this model is being considered an upgraded iPad 2 and the the real Apple iPad 3 will not be released until the third quarter of 2012 at the earliest...
