Apple wins stay on posting "Samsung did not copy iPad' notice in UK
0. phoneArena posted on 27 Jul 2012, 02:26
Like the killer saved by a last second call from the governor, a stay has saved Apple from having to post on all of its EU sites and in regional newspapers a notice that Samsung did not copy Apple's design patents when producing the Samsung Galaxy Tab...

I do not know what kind of copy it is,when the copy sells better than the original one!
So apple should stop doing these stupid things and try to make something that can compete with Samsung products.
But I know they can't ;))

Well that's not true. iPhone sells much better than the galaxy series

Define "much" better. I don't think your statement really applies in the present day.
Besides, we all know you're lumping all iPhones together into this concept of a single monolithic product when that is simply. Not. True.
"You guys have the 50 dollar iPhone, right?!"
*sigh* "Yes, yes we do."

GSIII has sold 10 million so far right? Well Samsung said they had 9 million Pre orders so they've only sold 1 million since? Anyway let's go with 10 million. That's not even competitive with iPhones 37 million at launch of the 4S.
GSII still hasn't sold 37 million a year later

How do you know they counted sales with preorders?
Also, how do you know that the GS2 hasn't sold 37 million yet?
Third, why did Apple s**t its pants and try to get the S3 banned even before it came out?
There are phones that more blatantly copy the iPhone. Look up the LG Optimus Elite.
Apple recognizes Samsung as a threat.
Plain. And. Simple.

But combining the total q2 smartphones sales by Samsung would make your beloved crappy apple bleed and eat dust, I tell ya.

56 million to be exact !! Apple can make their phone out of the best quality products, add a bigger screen, better camera and it still won't be better than the gs3, it still has the same user interface as it did in 2007, it's had the same size screen for 5 years

Sorry I like my phone to do more than just the apps I download.

Apple can request that Tim Cook wears "SS do not copy us" T shirt for 1 year instead of posting the acknowledgement on its official website.

" iPhone 3GS: it introduced copy/paste function and ability to do MMS. Simply incredible features. Everyone else has copied these features more than any other."
This one gave me a chuckle....typical APPLE innovation....
