Judge Lucky Koh has awarded Apple a preliminary injunction against the Samsung GALAXY Nexus; Apple will have to post a $96 million bond and Samsung will most likely ask for a stay on the order which revolves around four patents Samsung allegedly infringed upon with the handset...

Dumb question, and I know I will get a lot of thumbs down, but is Judge Koh up for re-election and if so who is fronting her campaing. My guess is that it is some of the employees of Apple. Why would she all of a sudden change her mind?
