Apple updates iOS to 4.3.5; Redsn0w can still jailbreak it
Another week, another security hole in iOS gets fixed. Apple has just released the latest update to its mobile operating system, which takes care of a certificate validation vulnerability in the platform and brings its version to 4.3.5.

Even though most iDevice owners would simply download the new software without thinking twice about it, those of you who are using a jailbroken iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch would probably be wise enough to check whether iOS 4.3.5 can be given the treatment as well. The good part is that Redsn0w can jailbreak iOS 4.3.5 without any troubles, as it has already been reported by several independent sources.

Unfortunately, an untethered solution is still nowhere in sight so you will need to hook up your device to a computer and perform the procedure once again every time your gadget needs a reboot. Besides that, iPad 2 owners are still left out of the party as the tablet is still not on the list of supported devices. It seems like those of you who have stuck to their untethered jailbroken iOS 4.3.3 device are now better off after all.

No OS is PERFECT. If it's a computer it can & will be hacked. The same can be said about today’s smart phones. They are small personal computers, vulnerable to the same hacks their big brothers have been battling for years. There are bad people out there & because of that there will always be malware, hacking & all that good stuff. Sad but true.
