Apple tablet looks like pumped-up iPhone?

One of BGR's tipsters-a person who has not steered them wrong yet-has passed along some info about the upcoming Apple tablet. The processor is a very fast ARM CPU and it runs on the iPhone's kernel. The unit has an internal model number of K48AP and the multi-touch gestures are "out of control". The tablet looks like an iPhone "on Steroids". One interesting note. There has been no new iPhone OS build released because they contain enough code with references to the tablet that it would have been easy to leak. As we get closer to the probable introduction date of January 27th, more and more info should start to appear about the so-called "iSlate".
