Days after a consumer group in Portugal said it would take legal action against Apple for the wording of its AppleCare warranty service, a reseller is suing the Cupertino based firm for $40 million EUR ($49 million USD) for intentionally blocking third party resellers from receiving inventory...

Not sure why Apple wouldn't have the right to do what it likes with its products and margins etc. Unless it was written into a contract that they failed to uphold.
Sounds more like a company moaning that it failed because basically it didn't diversify sufficiently. Thought it was going to be easy money and it wasn't.
