Apple rested its case on Monday and Samsung's request for a dismissal was rejected by Judge Koh although she did throw a bone to Samsung by removing three phones from the lawsuit; the trio can still be part of Apple's claim against Samsung's Korean parent...

Did anyone else notice this part "Bogue testified that a demonstration of DiamondTouch was made to Apple in 2003." That might be a fairly large problem for Apple and their defense. As a Jury member hearing all about how "Apple patented this and that" "Samsung stole this and that..." to hear that in fact someone came to Apple in 2003 with multitouch, touch to zoom, bounce back, and rubberband on a touch screen which they later "patented" paints a not so pretty picture of how Apple acquired those patents and technologies.

APPLE NEEDS TO STFU stop crying btching bout SAMSUNG copying you and also STOP FCKING KISSING up to the judge. i just hope the jury does the right thing and find SAMSUNG NOT GUILTY
