A judge denied Apple's request to halt U.S. sales of Samsung Galaxy devices in the States, making sure that the outcome would not be similar to rulings in Australia and in Germany that banned the sale of the Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 tablet...

Hmmm, i have an idea for a new game on the market - the main character is a zombie CEO named STEEVIE JOVS (have to avoid the use of the real name, lest I be sued).

You control the zombie CEO and your JOB is recover all items that are rectangular in size. Along the way you collect money from these items, and use that money to give to mysterious beings in black robes.

The game has eight levels that take the player all around the world:
Germany
Australia
Western U.S.
...and so on.

Basically, each level starts you out with a collection goal to achieve. Now, if you fail to collect enough rectangles, then you will not have enough money for those mysterious beings in black robes, and you will lose the game.
Also, you could die from being hit by the GREEN ROBOT POSSE, who stand in your way from collecting these rectangular items.

I have yet to see a single phone from Samsung or any other Android device vendor that bears even a slight resemblance to any iOS series device in look or feel beyond the negligible and inevitable resemblance they all share due to their being the same kind of product.
The same goes for tablets.
This is like a TV manufacturer suing another TV manufacturer because a new line of TV's the latter is releasing is rectangular.

Maybe it is the Euro/Asia versions - my captivate looks nothing like an iphone 3 or 4 series. Actually, Samsung did a nice job with the build on that phone - it is still used today - by the kids.

Where did the droid charge come from? It doesn't even look ANYTHING like an iProduct, not even rectangular. Stupid apple.

Bummer. It's obvious that all android OEM's do is copy the iphone and the ipad. It's not like there's any game changing device that android has released before the iphone and the ipad, lol. Apple always releases something big first, and then android OEM's follow.

By the way, the key word I used is "GAME CHANGING" devices. I don't want to see the same old "the lg prada came out first" excuse. The LG prada did not impact anything :)

Again, stop being ignorant - I own two android phones that have a better design, and different, than any iPhone - CAPTIVATE and DROID RAZR.

FACT IS FACT the lg prada did come out first so the iphone was not THE FIRST touchscreen device or innovative...ipad the tech is the same as a iphone/ipod touch but bigger FACT and not innovative...lol just cause something is popular does not mean its better or innovative or game changing....the FACT is touch screen phones and tablets have existed way BEFORE apple the only credit apple deserves to get is that they made touch screen phones and tablets POPULAR and thats it.

tru dat taz89, I think everyone should stop arguing with iFans, they'll never change, "If it looks the same, how will people know I've upgraded?", if they defend Apple even when they know they are wrong, then there is nothing y'all can do, if they keep buying the same phone for more with stupid new features [ i have iPhone 4, there is no way in hell, i'm gonn upgrade to have a voice do things for me, and for me as an individual, 8MP will make no difference, my iPhone is taking pretty good pics for me, so upgrading to 4S it's not just stupidity but waste of money. Like I said, just my opinion]. "the best iPhone ever" doesnt that ring a bell, that even Apple know it is not the best phone in the world?

sure it did. without the LG prada around, where would apple have stolen its device design from?

Yea, game changing.. releasing the same phone over n over again. that game changing 3.5 inch screen is a real selling point these days isnt it.

Apple can't patent the placement of a button on the phone. They're gonna have a tough time proving that patent necessary.
